us. Once you have decided you would like to add a Leapfrog Labradoodle to your family, please fill out this application form and submit it to us. Please share as much information as you can and please feel free to add any additional comments you feel might be relevant. We use this form to partner with you in selecting
the puppy that best meets your family's needs and preferences

This is the only way I have to contact you. A surprising number of people share detailed information and click submit without going back and filling in their contact info. I have no way of getting back to those people.
I will contact you by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your application. This is a chance for both parties to ask questions, clarify information, and get to know each other.
If your application is approved, you will be invited to submit a $500 non-refundable
deposit
to secure a spot on our Waitlist. Your deposit will be deducted from your puppy's purchase price. Please do not submit a deposit until you receive confirmation that your application has been approved.

Please try to be open to options. Limiting your selections to a particular sex, colour, or coat types may lengthen your wait and compromise our ability to match your puppy's temperament to your family's needs. Being open to as many options as possible is the best way to ensure you receive a puppy that compliments your lifestyle and that you are truly thrilled with in the long run.
